By : K.T.B., Kuala Lumpur (The New Straits Times) I HEARTILY echo the praise extended by C.P. Loh of Taiping to the Immigration Department ("Syabas to efficient service with a smile" — NST, July 13). Yes, the service provided by the department especially at Block F, Pusat Bandar Damansara, continues to improve. |

I ARRIVED at 2.45pm and submitted my form and documents at the Immigration Department Counter 1. This was processed and I was given a number to wait for verification. After five minutes, I was at Counter 2 for the scanning of the left and right thumbprints and also an imprint with ink of the right thumb onto the form.
